Tampa Realestate Information, websites??
#1
Anyone have a good website for researching properties in Tampa area?
I'm interviewing for a job in that area and I'm currently living in PA. I want to see what it would cost me to get something comparable to what I have now, so something 2000-2500 sq ft and I don't have a million dollars.
I'm looking for either:
1) Waterfront property with dock and garages
2) Nice size piece of property with home and enough room for a pool and HUGE F'n garage.
Job is located at 3111 MLK Blvd, Tampa, so nothing too far away.

2 have two choices:
(1)Waterfront property with a small lot
or
(2)Inland property with a big lot
Can't do both.
I would suggest www.realtor.com
It's nationwide, but works well to get you ideas and areas.

Check out www.TBO.com -- it's link to community TV and Tampa Tribune--lots of real estate ads and realtors there--

And then give Brock and I a call for a mortgage. We can get you set up on a nice program, whatever fits you best.
