Default Anyone looking for a 3-blade Bravo??

I'll have to check the pitch, it was off my 24 outlaw when I had the 454 in it. If anyone's looking for one I can part with it.

Tank, sorry to hijack this thread buddy.

Got to have a little fun!

The wife was driving, it was actually the first and only time I have got her to open the boat up. It had been a nice weekend on Lake Norman, was about 4PM Sunday afternoon and we were heading to the Yacht Club to put the boat on the trailer. Had about three miles to go and all of a sudden there was this really wicked vibration. As she was throttling back and coming off plane I noticed this rooster tail that we have never had before.

Discovered the problem had to be the port side, even at idle the boat shook when the port drive was in gear. So we shut it down and idled back on one engine to the ramp.

I had concluded that we had thrown a blade off based on what I had recently read here on OSO. A buddy from Savannah had done the exact same thing a couple of weeks earlier in a 42 Fountain.

Sure enough we got the boat out of the water and the blade was missing. It came off and must have gone down into the water because nothing was hurt or even had a mark from it, not even the lower unit.

The props had been labbed, then reworked again and I suspect it had just weakened over time. They were in their third season with 200 + hours.

I was told that Mercury was having a problem with these also, and if you had one that was not labbed that they would replace it.
