Don't know him, sorry. Question, what does CG documentation do for your boat?
Thx,
Dean

Documentation replaces State titling of the craft. Many finance companies insist on it- it's tough to do any kind of title fraud with a CG doc boat. There being 50 states, there's a number of ways to pull some $hit and sell a boat you don't hold a clear title to.

Charles sold the boat to Dealer 1
dealer 1 sold the boat to dealer 2,
dealer 2 sold the boat to me, along with the good title, my credit union put my name on the back of the title and mailed it into the coast guard. I have sent dealer 2 all the paper work needed to get the problem fixed. I have not had any luck with dealer 2 since December 04. It was my credit unions mistake. I have been trying to get this problem sorted out for over 16 months. I heard Charles was a member of this board and is from Jersey, if this helps. Its pretty confusing, and a major pain in the a$$ for me and the Coast Guard.

did Charles L. McQuillian document the boat also?
if so , what name did he give it?
do you know the old documentation number?

even though your already working with the coast guard you might find the info you need here.
