Re: 2006 399 V botom
The picture in my signature line is not the Skater V of course, the one I am referring to was in the latest issue of Powerboat magazine in the Lake Cumberland Marine advertisement and is brand new and completely white.

Re: 2006 399 V botom
I know Scot Conrad (SC Performance) bought one recently that was used in the filming for the new Miami Vice movie. I don't know if it has arrived at his place in So.Cal. yet though. He said it went directly from Skater to the filming location.
He did say though that he loves racing the Spiderman boat. It should be interesting to see what one with some big HP does. |

yes white, the painted boat in the shop does look flat. $600K! |
Re: 2006 399 V botom
The white one they have for sale was designed with Baja I believe. If you notice the dash, there are some similarities. does anyone else remember reading that they established some kind of deal?

I would say it shares similar lines the the first Spiderman rather then the new one. Here are some pics of the new pleaseure version for sale at Laks Cumberland Marine. It has twin Merc 1075's in with number 6 drives.

Oh yea...that is sweet

Re: 2006 399 V botom
Not sure of speeds yet but I am going to say with some dial in time it will be faster then a Beak or an OL with identical power.

Re: 2006 399 V botom
WOW is this thing bad :evilb:
Sitdown, canopies room for 6 and a cabin you cant ask for anything more  Dig that paint scheme too. Anyone got pics of the cabin? http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y87...Out/8793_3.jpg |

Re: 2006 399 V botom
Great Shot of the boat especially since Pete is actually in the boat!
|
Re: 2006 399 V botom
Pete Told Me He Fond Out The Hard Way They Need A Little More Padding In The Seats But The Boat Was Awsome You Will Be Hard Pressed To Find A Better Handling Boat Then That One And Will Run Circles Around A T/g All Day Long My 2 Cents

Re: 2006 399 V botom
There's a full cabin boat being built at the factory right now.
http://forums.boatfreaks.org/showthread.php?t=6496 If your not a member, join and it's free to see the pics. It's worth it. There's only one build pic of the 39, but lot's of other skaters. |
