I would think that if pictures were included with policy and a survey etc the insurance company would have to honor the claim.

How can an insurance company do this ? It would seem like decpetive trade practices to me. Im selling you a policy telling you I will pay the claim and then you make one and I cancel the policy.

Kinda like what allstate is trying todo for the hurricaine here in TX.

I am just hoping for the best I paid for the policy in full and got my binded policy in the mail. I checked all the model numbers and premium info looks good so far everything jives with what i signed at local Allstate office. Seems like lots of people had bad experiences with hem in past. hopefully i will never need to file a claim. Looks Legit... time will tell I guess.

I spoke to my agent the other day and she said she wrote a few policy's from some other cat boat owners from my original post.

Has anyone had a good experience with them?
