Default Any Info on this V

Anyone know anything about this boat? I have never seen a 2001 Skater V-bottom. Was this a race boat collaboration w/ someone?
Thanks

Don't throw rocks here guys. Fastboats.com is a first class company. I called on this boat as I have some interest. It was built by Skater, is titled a Skater and Vin is a Skater number. The mold is owned by Extreme. Not the first time Skater built a boat for somebody.

THAT BOAT WAS the old ETTORE squeeges boat. Rique Ford owned it after them. I do not think that it was built by Skater though.

That boat was not built at Skater or by Skater or from Skater.

As Ryan said, it is Mike Smilek's old Ettore Race boat which Rique Ford acquired and so on and so on.

I can call Pete and clarify this if needed but they were racing on the West Coast at the same time we were when they recieved it and it came out of FL.

I am not guessing, just passing along what I was told. Why would that suprise anyone that is titled a Skater? Like I said I have interest in buying a Skater 39 V, and discovered this one. In my eyes it is not a good looking boat let alone not a Skater design and I passed.

Thanks for the info guys. I agree the boat is kind of odd but it has some nice hardware and I am looking for a sit down v. With the used market soft I am looking at the possibility of trading in my boat towards something. Also, I plan on talking to Craig B. next week and getting the full scoop on the boat. Knowing him and his reputation I feel confident I will get a straight answer. I am just keeping all my avenues open until my boat sells or the right boat falls into my lap!

Call Pete, there have only been two pleasure boats out there, one with a Baja designed deck and the other is a "Flat Deck" which is how all of them are from now on.
