I think this boat was for sale in CA a year ago. If I rember right it sold for around $ 119000. Looks like the rear seat is moved futher back than regular.

Unrelated, but did you ever get your 28 finished??? I remember seeing the pics of it at the stage it shows in your avatar, but never the finished product.

No. It is still sitting unrigged, the power heads are down at Diamond and still waiting for the jacks and some bling from Dana marine. I hope to have it on the water by the end of summer. Looking at this 32 for the summer.

I think it sold for around 110k, with extra lowers and props.

I have some pics if you want them. They want approx 135k, think there dreaming, the price of cats is dropping fast.

I used to own that boat - it is a great boat, incredibly fun to run and very intimidating looking with 3 giant 300X's hanging off the back.

I was the 2nd Owner, I think it has changed hands 2 more times since then. - and yes, the back end is set up like a 36'm with two large hatches and the back seat is set back.

Did you sell or buy the boat from john beck ? Just curious.

John Beck purhased the boat from Me. I did not have issues with the center engine from tunnel stress but I hear that a lot from other people.

Take the center engine off it still runs 108MPH.

What speeds did you see with the trips ??
Do you feel all the negative warning talk about the center engine damage is waranted ??

Some seem to say if you don't abuse the boat and you don't pound it in the ruff like crazy that the center unit will hold up ok. I would appreciate any of your thoughts from your experience.
