225 promax with no power
 
got a pair of 225 promax on my 30 motion.1 engine has no power,won't rev past 2000 rpm.sometimes it surges up a few hundred rpm.changed plugs,ignition wires,fuel filters and still the same problem.any ideas?

that doesnt mean anything if the sensor is bad.

remember also on the oil tanks if there not air tight you wont push oil up to the engine resovoirs and yes the sensors could be telling the computor your empty

Do you mean the big tank in the boat??

Mine doesnt fill the little tank, unless I remove the cap on the little tank, I have been trying to figure this out, but just to use the boat, I loosen the cap on the little tank every few hours of running, and let it fill.

well it looks like the stator went bad,750.00 later.hope it runs better
