No, it looks like you would have to move a gauge or two.I like your dash, I did similar except in blue carbon fiber

Windflaps are a necessity. I ordered mine from a vendor in Powerboat mag. The flaps have a little lip on the top to deflect more wind. Easy to install and under $200. My 28 has 2003 250XS's and I have seen 99 with stock 15.25 X 34 four blades turning 5800 RPM which is my redline. I am going to send them back to Mercury to have them labbed and tweaked to get a little more.

What gears

I have the same boat with 2005 250XSs .The red line is 6300 on these. .I'm turning a 14 1/2 32 at 6300 and 98mph. Can't get the right combo, can't brake 100mph . 1.62 gears. Are you using jack plates? Do you know what gears you have. I think I'm going to try the plates and then try to pick the right props.

Frank, your slip ratio is too high at over 15%. You need 15" diameter props. My want to lower the drives down also. I have owned and still own a number of muti O/B cats and they are very sensitive to engine height and props. I found 20 mph in just setup on one boat. Engine heights I would change 1/8" at a time. Your props will not work at all too small for a 28 Skater. Your props work well on smaller boats. Start with set of 34 or 32 x 15 props. Then play with engine height. Here is a great website for prop calculation and slip. I think your should find 105 mph when all done.
