Heard this boat runs 98 with diesels, any truth to that?

I think it's low 80's. Not very good pictures but here's a few.

To the best of my knowledge, the Skater vee's haven't received a lot of press so far (not surprising since Peter is known for his cats). Have the vees been benchmarked to some of the other brands with equal power? How many vees have been make so far?

I'll ask Pete at the show tomorrow how many he has built. I think it did well on the race course. Maybe some of the race guy can jump in.

This boat has great specs. 82 to 83mph totally loaded with diesel, 853 gallons of diesel. Giving it a range of 1500 miles. 426 Skater Super Vee.

yes along with 5 people and about 400lb's of gear.

I see 1 fuel gauge, is it a single 853 gallon tank? Holy Shiit, must run from rear seat to the v-berth.

Owner will think the gauge is broke, cause it'll never move, haha.

853gal x 7lbs (appx) + 5971lbs of fuel! Holy hell, that's another boat worth of fuel.
