Excess
If your referring to Active thunder doing the tanks the answer is no. Tagge from Infusion marine and myself did them.

No. I was just asking if they were done.

Still curious if the "B" stands for something other than bbadass

The 32 Skaters before 2001 had less beefy sponsons which were more pointy in front. They tended to stuff in rough water if they launched off waves and came down head first. In 2001, Skater changed to the 32B which had a more bulbous sponson which was a lot more like the 36 Skater. You can tell the difference between a 32A (pre 2001) and a 32B (2001 and later) when you look at the sponsons because they have a bigger radius towards the front.

Maybe "A" was first and "B" was second?

Peterbuilt. You are correct except the 32B was built in 2000 as well

Garth,I remember riding on your 32B with Mike Lembecke.I remember watching the gps speedo read 121 as we hit a wake from a 40' sundancer, the boat sponson walked a bit,you hit the throttles and it smoothed out instantly and we were going 134!!!!What a ride!! My next Skater will be a 32B it a 36 for sure! Steve

I don't remember seeing any 1999 32B's. I don't remember ever seeing any 2000 32B's either but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I thought 2001 was the first year. Could be wrong. However, any Skater which received it's hull number after July 2nd (or so) of a year wound up being next years model. A 99 finished and shipped in August 1999 wound up being a 2000 model. So your point is well taken.

Hey Steve, I remember that ride. That 32 was a great boat. It only had 775 HP engines but it accelerated faster than my 36 with 1,000's. For the right water, the 32B is phenomenal. Lake Lanier is a little too rough at peak season, mid day to let it hang all the way out. But for places like Hartwell, I think it is a great choice. Look me up this year. My engines are at Sterling getting refreshed and Michael Bull, Jim Melley, and Dan Radtke and I are already putting the poker run schedule together. Most are within 8 hours or so. You might want to plan to hook up on some of these.

Garth

Hey Excess, who is Tagge from Infusion? Is that a first name or nickname? My last name is Tagge. I wonder if we are related.
