28 Skater prop question

I have a 28 Skater with 300 X's running 32" Merc four blade cleavers with lab finish. I hit some debri and caused a small deflection along 2"s of the leading edge but not more than a 1/4" deep from the leading edge. There is no detectable vibration or loss of performance.

Do I send to Merc now for tuning or can it wait till end of season?

Thanks!

get them fixed or you may tear a blade off.

I agree, you're spinning them pretty good and it will definitely be easier and cheaper to take care of it now then run it longer and end up losing a blade and need a whole new prop.

If it was me a would make a blade template off other prop and work it back . Bought a B-blades bravo years ago and used to make my own after seeing in person what they do

Varies. Fresh water half tanks 95 degrees and Arkansas humidity good water with a couple of buddies or the kids 108-110 all day any time. Light fuel And load nice temps and humidity the boat has seen 115. Top speed is really not my priority. I'm sure it could be tweaked to 120 range if you worked on it.

These props engage well and are very responsive. They will put back in the seat even at 70+ MPH.
