This seller "claims" that the boat will run 140 PLUS ...and it won't get-up on plane ? .. again I am no Xpert here .. but with one motor completely DEAD ...and the drive just-dragging ...shouldn't this boat run 70 or so?

And this seller is a "dealer" .... and with the internet ... his name has to be "mud" by now.

A 20 year old boat is "old" ? ... you should see my Stevens shovel-nose ...it is a 1973 !

The 32 that Rick is selling is no where near the condition it was in when auctioned etc..He is a friend of mine and the boat is about 2 miles from me. Besides being a dealer he has been involved in offshore for well over 30 years having worked on thunderboat row in the heyday and raced for many. He is a very honest guy who stands behind what he sells.
The boat has been to Guardado to have the tanks re-done as well as a bunch of touch up. BOTH motors have been gone through, rigging has been re-done and both drives gone trhough.
As for the colors etc, it is what it is but I don't think it's fair to trash the boat on the boards.

If the owner wants this boat to sell, he really should come on OSO and talk about the boat. There seems to be alot of people who know the boat and its history. If the boat has really had all this work done and now runs "140", he needs to back this stuff up so to bad history is cleared up. Its a really cool boat, but its getting alot of bad press, if its ready to run now, he needs to explain so this boat gets a fair chance! JUST MY .02
