Could you elaborate on " you do need to know how to drive." Is it really sensitive to control at speed with the triple setup over twins or other?

How bad does the middle gear case get abused on the 28 set up with trips? Definitely a beautiful looking boat!

meaning, no 100 plus mph boat is for beginners, the boat drives flawlessly. 28 skaters are awesome boats. those who disagree have never been in one. period

It was what I expected but I have not heard anything of the handling of the 28's with trips- i've run 24's with Bridgeport's and a 32 with trip's- the 32 was later dropped to twins as the beating on the mid engine gear case wasn't worth the $$$ for the extra few mph. Same story with the 28/trips?

What year is the 28 and the motors?

i have never had a problem with the center gearcase, i think the weight of the 32 is much to blame, and of course the height in which it runs. it has always been a lake boat for me. the boat is a 93. the engines are 2000's

Hey Scott, I actually called on this boat but it was out of my price range. I don't believe the tanks were done. Maybe the owner can verify this or not.
