1st year for the 28 Skater?
 

Just wondering what year it was when the 28 was released. Someday I may make the switch from BB power to outboard.

Also do the 28's have any kind of cabin? Or am I asking too much from a Skater? I don't know much about these things yet.

I think 1992 is the first year on the 28.

Cabin? Nope, none....

You have to step into the seat and slide into position. Getting under the dash is a real treat. There is definitely no cabin.
