Definitely a boat that you could put a ton of hours on and not be worried about...105 in that big of a cat would feel a tad neutered.. But when you had to sign the insurance check each year, you'd be happy!

Agreed - I owned a 2006 28 Daytona for 5 seasons. Ran it hard and only changed fluids twice a year and spark plugs once :) Yes you are not the fastest but you'll always get home with both engines in tact...

I think you will be surprised how well that hull does in the rough. My friend has one with #6 drives and 800s, says it is a better rough water boat than his 47 ft vee! Those guys at skater...kinda smart

On a side note I put together a fun run this past fall and a guy showed up with the same boat (not this boat but the same), same drives, bigger power. Had and has always had a lot of handling problems with that set up. He gets real loose at 110 ish.

I'm no engineer but Arnesons just make sense to me...simple engineering (don't bust my balls on that statement :party-smiley-004:) very little drag and look extremely easy to work on.

If I'm not mistaken that boat sold with no power not to long ago idk if it was the same owner or if this guy bought it to put power in and flip it??

black thunder 46, i believe that was a different 32 with Arnesons. He sold the boat and the power to the same guy. Perrrfection was the name on the other skater.

Sorry for any confusion. I talked to Steve yesterday about his 32. He bought it (32a) with tired merc 800s' and #5s'. The cat had no tunnel tab and would hop from 50 to 100. He said after rebuilding the 800s' to 1000s' it still hopped bad. A tunnel tab would have tamed the hop. He saw 136 then sold the cat and bought the 36. He thought with the Arnesons, lighter weight and setback it might perform diffrently. Do you have an I/O 32 or outboard model Kamma82? I have a 25 Talon outboard
and am ready to move up to a 30 or 32 outboard and was interested in a 32 outboard owners opinion on handling and performance. I have driven a 32 DW race boat that weight 4500#s' and was wondering how it compared.
