Tom, Attached is a video from last summer on Tenkiller. These are not unusual conditions for our lake. It is known for its clear flat water. The lake is about 30 miles long with most being less than 1 mile wide, at most, and surrounded by the Cookson Hills (our mountains) which block most of the wind. There are not a lot of large boats to make big wakes. I had a 21 Cougar and had no problems as well as my tournament ski boay does just fine . I would love to facilitate Skater get together. David

Did Boat Customs use their own layup schedule for the new deck or is it in keeping with Skater's?

Nasty's new build looks like glass on his deck panel and so did the others while I was building the 338. Pete's deck panel [ATTACH=CONFIG]537065[/ATTACH] Boat Customs carbon fiber deck panel [ATTACH=CONFIG]537066[/ATTACH] We used the same foam core as Skater but vacuum bagged it with carbon fiber to minimize weight and maximize strength. All the glassing and tabbing of the deck to the hull will be the same. The longitudinal bulkheads were added to the hull before the deck was set in place. The perpendicular bulkheads required build up and reinforced with carbon fiber after they had been cut down due to being too small.
