Well the weather total sucks here. Should be able to run the boat in the steets soon!
Installed a new wheel today and started planning for new updated switch panel/key switches.

Also found these switches we are now carrying. There is no need to have a fuse block. They have a built in circuit breaker and come in many different amp draws as well as momemtary, or on-off. They also have a blue or red LED indicator. Totally waterproof too!

I have weighed one of those wheels, they look great, but are very heavy, almost like a 400 R. You better watch that weight ole bud....

How do you like the "joystick" style trim switches? Wondering about quality? I like the tachs cranked around. Looks cool.

Wheel looks great, very clean.

Double Rigged 12-05-2015 09:14 PM

You are right Jim. However the adaptor on the new one is plastic and the old was a aluminum one. Not much difference in the end LOL. 4 fenders filled with helium and we are good!

Chris, Inherited the trim switches. They are not bad but use the one on the throttles mostly.
Have not run the boat enough to really know just yet.

Oh now those are slick. I have similar but had to run them to a fuse block and relay. I also wanted to have mine laser etched with the control circuit they were powering, but couldn't find a service. these have a LED trim ring, but wish I didn't need a separate fuse block and relay.

They look good in the pics. These have the same LED rings available in blue or red. Amperage ratings range from 5amp up to 20amps in 5amp increments.
Beats having to have relays and another fuse block. Will you know how they work out. Will be rewiring panel as soon as I have it made.

Thanks, Todd

Thanks Todd, sorry for the delay. Work and life has been very busy. I will give you a call this week. I have interest in the seals.

Well took a chapter out of Kirklands 28 and put some finishing touches in the bilge where you stand and put things. Added some SeaDek with Skater Logos for when dockside. The good thing it all weighed less than a pound!
