check with P&G canvas in LI NY if you want to buy new, they made some great covers and should have the 28 dimensions....not cheap though... http://www.pandgcanvas.com/

Mine was made there, fits like a glove, very heavy to move around. Excellent work

I do not have a full cover only a cockpit cover from the factory.
It is red.
