Had a great weekend with the guys in Welaka, FL. Minor boat troubles with a bad coil but when you have brothers like this no big deal they got your back.
Was able to figure it out and the guy with the little 23' Argo was the one to have a spare part!
Got her up and running. Meantime Sam and Jim rode 52miles round trip to get the truck the trailer!

For those that don't know water temp in the springs around 70 degrees! For us FL boys that is COLD!

I did not suffer to bad, when we went to get Rons trailer, Sam let me run the 30 flat deck 26 miles back to the ramp. He said drive it like you stole it...... i did. Then we did not even need the trailer , Keith and Ron found the bad coil while we were gone.

Looks like a great time for you guys! Maybe I can join in the fun in the future.

What a great time! In Boca Grande today hit Ft Myers this morning and Cabbage Key for cabbage Creepers before the front blew thru at noon. 20+ MPH winds and nice wave action outside so we went to lunch! Headed to Craig's Friday to run with him the back for Tickfaw. Maybe I can catch up to steve's 150 hour first season on the new 400Rs.

Met a Spectre owner while fueling on land yesterday. Then met a old Mercury guy this morning from the old Mercury testing facility here in Boca. He ran 32 trip Skaters in the day an was in an all white 368 at LOTO Shootout 2 years ago. All he wanted to do was talk speed! Even the fisher men and blow boaters here are nice! Blow boater was on the rail wanting us to go faster when we passed him.
