It's looking good Jim! Those Hardin swivel thru-hulls are awesome, I took the first set back to Skater in December and showed them to Pete and Mike. What gauges are you going with? And a Simrad screen from Ron for the center I'm guessing? Keep the pics coming, I know I speak for all of us that seeing your build process in pictures is really cool! Did you ever get a centerline measurement on your motors?

5 Garmin screens, no #$&§§£€£¥¥ Livorsi gauges to fog up, have the needles fade, have the rims fall off, and just not work. Ron Muller made the very cool, acrylic bezel to put a big Garmin in a 308 dash. It looks great. The 4 GMI 20s will be engine data. I mounted all the cleats, battery boxes, batteries, battery switches, auto power switch, e stops today.

Zieger helm.

wow Skater really improved the rear seat, the one in my 28 must have weighed 200 pounds. This one might weigh 30-40, I removed it myself.

Washed the boat yesterday, to get the road trip off of it. It’s a big boat to wash. Takes longer than the Cigarette.

Jim's starting with a way lighter bare boat than I am, that's for sure! Our boats and builds are so drastically different, that it will be interesting to see where we end up in the end. Jim's is sure looking good so far - he's going to be on the water before mine is even out of the paint booth.

I still have to deal with interior, I hope Jim and Missy from PPI don’t mind me staying with them while we get this done

this build takes up time, cutting bilge dump, and cleat holes is easy, West systems epoxy resin in all the bare holes created, takes up the time. Then the 5200, then the assembley, and 5200 cleanup, its all good.

You are going at it 100% properly (like your other project builds) - do it right, do it once and never worry about it again so you can just enjoy the new boat.

up for divulging the colour scheme of the new ride???
