118 right off the trailer.. how much more do you think it has or is the rigging set-up just about perfect (as in not much improvement without sacrificing something for extra mph)?

Boat looks fantastic! I really like the seadeck across the rear hatch. Our 308 is a pain to enter from the swimstep, we typically use rubber backed rugs.
