Lake Cumberland had a nice2000 45SS I nearly bought this summer. Wife had a change of heart is the only reason I didn't. Same cabin, bigger cockpit.

That boat was in the Chesapeake for years. Its a nice looking boat. Owner traded for a Cigarette.

Hi Brian, I thought he bought an OL to keep up with a friend that had gotten faster than him. I'm still sorry not to have the 45 in my driveway, but I did get a Z06 vette to help ease my pain.

what is a 42 ss with 2 500 hp's carb do top speed? sounds like below 70 mph ...?

1997 asking 98000$ ... souds like a little to much $$ for a 97 boat...anyone ?

I bought a 98 42 last year from them. The best I saw with tired 500's was 71 on gps and that was light on fuel and big chop. They aren't the fasts boats on the water but if you want alot of room and a great ride then they are for you. Good luck

Hutchinsons Boat Works in Alexandria Bay, New York has a '03 Sonic 45 SS, trip 525's, XR ITS, AC/Heat, genie, flat screen, etc. Listed in the used section of their web site @ WWW.hutchinsonsboatworks.com, the boat is actually a demo used by the owner. You can call Mark Lalonde @ 315 - 482 - 9931, he is the owner and will treat you right. Tell him that Peter refered you to him, I actually sell part time for him, and he is a very good friend of 20+ years. The boat is sharp and will run low 80's with stock power, and you'll get a warranty as well. If I recall you are not that far away from there.
