hey dudes,this is my first post. thinking of buying a 2004 358 sonic. wondering when placed on a 12k lb. hydrohoist how much pontoon sticks out past transom.I have a short slip. also, has anyone put a shower sump in instead of shower water going into bilge? thanks for any input on these boats. need cabin space and nice ride! LD

You can't put a shower sump in, no room below the floor. I can't answer on the hydrohoist question.

thanks. i was thinking more along the lines of a shallow drain fitting "hosed" over to an area with more room. cant imagine soapy water and hair in a clean bilge. havent seen one up close yet as i'm trying to sell my 29 Kryptonite first. thanks again!

i have 35 fountain on a model b hydrohoist.the boat sits on the hoist the same as a sonic would which the pontoon wii sit about three feet out with the optional work platform.
