2005 Sonic 42 For Sale
 

Thinking about selling my Sonic. Its running great and has around 180 hours now. Going to ask around 280k for it. It has all the options but one or two. Gen set, Tv, Microwave, Stereo, AC/Heat, DVDPlayer, GPS. Trailer. Merc. 525's, ITS XR Drives.
Just decided to sell today and I will post more info later on. What is a fair price for a 05 42?

I've spent lots of time on this boat: pacing, running and just hanging out. It's immaculate, runs like a champ and has been pampered. Has all the goodies, too!

We are thinking about moving into a cruiser. Other than that reason I would keep it. We will be at OSS's first race in Biloxi, MS. in March.

Sweet looking... Why are you getting rid of such a nice boat? What does she cruise at?

If I remember right after riding on one in 2005 it was about 72 GPS with the possibility to tweak it to mid 70's with the right props.

I'm seeing 70 at 4900 rpm's. With the right conditions I have gps'd 74.8. Running 26's turning out. I did try running them inboard and got 2 more mph. Was told by Throttle Up I need 25's to get to the rev limiter (5350) and mid 70's +. I like the cruising speed I get with the 26's. At 32-3300 I cruise at 54-55. And 98% of the time thats's where we run.
We are looking at a big cruiser to buy so need to let my dream go.
