AC Problem

Had a problem this weekend with my marine AC on my 358. I can start the system and everything works fine, blows cold air and flows water out. It will run for about 10 mins and then the water will stop flowing and eventually the unit will shut off and give an error code. Does it sound like a water flow problem?(cleaned out strainer and found a small jellyfish but continued to have same problem after).

Also posted in General technical and it sounds like I need to flush the system.

I have the 386. What is the code being displayed when it shuts down? I have had the same problem when the condenser freezes up. When it is really hot, we have to let it cool down a little at a time so that the compressor does not run constantly. Meaning, if it's 85 and I want the interior at 70, we will set it to 80, let it run and cycle, then turn it down to 75 then 70.

I back flushed the system and cleaned out the sea strainer and everything seems to be working fine. I can't remember which code it displayed but it was after the water pump shut off.
