Cover for removed arch

I`m sure one of you guys can help. I took my arch off last year and have been running around with two ugly scars on the stern. Whats been used to cover this?

runnin gun had two pieces of billet aluminum cut to fit the spot; engraved with the Sonic logo, and powdercoated to match.

Can you glass fill and gelcoat? Had rerouted my stern trim gauge cables and had a glass guy fill them in, can't tell all all where the old holes on the transom were.

Filled and repainted

I was thinkin along the lines of SydWayz suggestion. If you had it filled, how is the texture? can the non slip be duplicaed? Or is ot two smooth spots? I even thought of using white plexi glass with beveled edges.

Mine is on a flat area without any nonskid.

The engraved billet sounds cooler.

Engraved billet "step plate" would look cool, cheaper, and easier.

That's what he was GOING to do....for some reason it didn't work out and the spot was repaired and painted to match the area around it. I was on the boat this weekend and you can't tell where the arch was.

Or for another way to cover it up.
