Is the boat set up for hydraulic steering now? If so what manufacture??

The boat only has a tie bar...boat runs 70mph ++ so i dont know why the guy didnt put external steering on it..I guess it is set up...I am a girl so I dont know much about it...I just know how to drive it..my fiance and my mechanic at CMS racing does all the work...I think we are just putting external steering ram add-ons and not full hydraulics
