SONIC Customer Service/Factory Support
Just ordered some parts from the 358 and had a great ordering experience with Bruce and Dwayne. I wanted to share with you.

I have had great customer support from dwayne and bruce for both my 26 + 31 !!!!! To bad lenny did'nt step up to the plate with my paint blistering problem that was a known issue and offered to fix it or reimburse me for what it cost me to have it fixed on my own!!!!!

They really have stepped up to the plate. Had a great meeting with Lenny and Bruce while at the Miami show. I am fully convinced they are trying to do the right thing.

I just recieved carbon fiber dash panels for my 31 sonic..ordered them from Dwayne..they are flawless and were shipped on the day that he promised !!!...exellent service thanks Dwayne !!

Last year my marina forklift operator damaged my wind screen on my 358 one week before the Glenn Cove Poker Run....... they had a brand new clear windscreen in New York in three days....... Best part is the new screen looks better then the original painted one..........and just yesterday I called for a paint code on my 358 which is a 2002 boat.....in 30 minutes I got a call back from Bruce with all the codes I needed...........Kudos guys........... keep up the good work.....

i'm still waiting for a call back from bruce about a cabinet door latch......it's been 3 weeks :(

Don't feel bad it was almost 6 months for a hatch handle for our 45. Took them a while to figure out which style it was then track down the vendor and have them ship it to me. With the new owners and all the changes it sometimes does take a while. Be patient and if you get a minute call Bruce just to see the status of your order. Very good dealing with Sonic recently. I'm sure they will come through for you.

Repair Made!
Just installed the new right side entry door trim piece from Sonic. Needed to cut about 1/2" off for a perfcet fit!
