Miami Boat Show
 

My wife and I had a blast at our first Miami Boat Show. It was sensory overload. I want to give a big thanks to Bruce Carvalho for giving us a ride on the 36CC. I also came away with some great Sonic gear as well as more ideas to update my boat.

Any pics of the 31ss they had, what type of updates you doing?

Sorry, no pics of the 31SS at the show. It had a nice red/black color scheme. I really liked the stainless engine compartment vents and the cabin LED lights on it. I may have to get some! Then, there's the Livorsi gauges and controls. But, that will have to wait until next winter.

Another thing I saw at the show was the Pirelli or Lonseal flooring. My navy blue carpet is a pain to keep clean. It shows every little speck. I'm thinking about getting some blue rubber flooring just in the cockpit.

does anyone know when the new sonic gear will be available?

Anyone have a pic of the led lighting in the newer 31ss cabins? The Sonic website dont show it but it does for the 35, are they the same panels?

I am actually a SONIC fan and had a 30 SS years back,,,but since they don't even reply to e-mails ,,,i think they suck !!!!!!

I was asking them about 8 month back if they would built me a staggerd 35 raceboat and havent heard anything yet. Great boats but customer service is very sad espacially in todays market !!!

Those are the lights. However, I don't remember them in a panel like that. They were embedded right in the padding.

What Sonic models did they have on display, I know the 31ss and some CC anything big?


Im thinking of making a panel the size of my fixture now and powdercoating it and putting this light in it.

I hope soon...
