Your thoughts and opinions on trading

I want to buy some land in Florida. I was going to sell the 386 and buy land with the cash. Now, I'm thinking about trading for land there(especially since Florida real estate has taken a plunge as equal to the boat market). Where should I advertise this kind of proposition?
