trim master trim tabs fixed by me with photos
Hi guys
here is few photos how i fixed my leaking actuator on this photo u can see one leaky cylinder http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/DSCF1995.jpg and on this photo fix icylinder in wise to undo front nut using it just multi grip . make sure do not over do it after all it is just plastic http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/DSCF1996.jpg and this is what is in side of cylinder http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/DSCF1998.jpg On this photo u can see two set of seals . Top ones are old ones and new ones are below http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/DSCF1999.jpg and here is piston with new seals to fit them on just push it with fingers http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/DSCF2002.jpg now just putt all together and fit cylinder back on boat top up oil and just bleed them by operating up and down few times thay are self bleeding and here is one fix cylinder like brand new all work takes around 20 min. new seals, where?

I'm just doing the same with my trim master trim tabs. But I have truble to find new seals. Do You remeber were You got the seals from? Gratful for answer /P Tegenfeldt, Falun, Sweden |
I just got them from local seal store which is just 10 min away from my place
can not remember but cost me les than $10 http://www.sealimports.com.au/contacts.html |
