Buffalo Poker Run 2010
 

Sonic Owners, I would love to have some of you join me at this years, Buffalo Poker Run it is set for August 13,14. Our run is a great time and will not kill the bank. If anyone is attending send me a message, I am going to try to plan and event that weekend for us Sonic owners too.

A Sonic event would be cool. We are tentatively planning on it.

Looks like it could be a great time...We are always on vacation that week and spend it up in A-Bay...Would love to meet the boaters in western NY..We will have to see what go's on this year..:drink:

How many boats did you have in the run last year?

Last year we had 54 boats. But we are looking to grow the event to over 75 boats this year. We are adding the helicopter and party is moved to Buffalo Best waterfront restaurant. Plus every Saturday night there is a concert on the water.

As for the Sonic event. I belong to two clubs on the water that we can plan something at if we can get some boats here.

PROMAN and I were talking about it tonight, We i talk it over with the rest of the Williamsport gang and maybe come up. It sound like a blast

It would be great to have you guys. I will keep everyone up on the details. Keep it on your calendars marked.

You need to come up to the Bay the weekend before for the poker run and let us show you a great time.Then we can head to Buffalo and find as many Sonics as we can on the way.:drink:

I am planning on it. Some of my best friends live there and I go up three to four times a year. I have seen your boat up there many times or at least one that looks like it.

Talked to the wife, she is interested so we are half way there. Just need to figure out babysitting and maybe some time off.

I need to ask... is this run and and the WNY fun run two differant organizations or planned by the same people??:drink:

The Buffalo Poker Run is planned and run by Western New York Powerboat Association (http://powerboatingwny.com/) a non profit organization. The Fun Run is a privately run event, not associated with our run. Although, us most locals run both runs.

The Buffalo Poker Run is taking our run to the next level this year. Our Friday Cocktail Party and Post Run dinner our at Buffalo's best waterfront restaurant (http://www.shanghairedsrestaurant.com/ny/index.htm) this year. The $150 Early registration is a great deal for this run.

Don't forget to mark your calenders for the Buffalo Poker Run. It is going to be the best bang for your buck run of the year.

I had planned on going and wanted to go in the worst way!!! One of them bumps in lifes road came along this spring and and cash flow is a bit tights...hope to make it next year sounds like I am going to miss a great one..:drink:
