who is the manufacurer of the white on/off switches with the red window so you can see when there on or off by the lite shining thru for the various accessories on the dash panel ?

I'm assuming you're looking for rocker switches? Some rockers switches and regular toggles have the ability to light up (red - or white) when the switch is activated. You'll find manufacturers under the following names:

I've sourced the toggles from Newak Electronics, defender.com and most recently http://www.inetmarine.com/ where I found a really old style toggle for my Scarab. It has a clear tip, which lights up red when I flip it on.
