Cabin Lights......switch ??
 

any one ever tackle the job of switching the older "ugly" cabin lights to something more modern looking......something like the newer style with the color matched oblong plate..... seems like it may be a big job to convert to the newer ones.......anyone ? suggestions ??

I looked into this, but Bruce told me that the newer lights are smaller and will not cover the old ones without some upholstery work or another backing plate.

I have the contact info for the guy that originally made the oval plates ( among other things ) for Sonic that is in the pics in this thread. He can make any size, color and engrave anything you want on them. Should have no problem covering the old style lights then....
