My 42 is going on the block for sale sadly
 

Hi all, I have a 2001 42 Sonic with 500HP EFI's, gen, A/C, no arch. It is the purple and yellow striped paint scheme that we are probably all familiar with. Has 360 hours and has been an absolutely great boat. I bought the boat with 25 hours on it when it was a year old so know everything about it and have had everything done to the boat as it was needed. I have 2 young kids and the wife and kids are more interested in the beach now than boating and is has seen very little use the past 3 seasons. Boat has been lift kept and used all but for 10-15 hours in the fresh water Potomac River just south of Washington DC. I am willing to take any reasonable offers as I am just not sure how much this boat is worth and looking around there seems to be a large price range for these boats for the few available for sale.
