Any dark color on the flat surfaces of the boat will be unbareable to walk on. I have a full cover that is medum blue, and its so hott with the sun on it you cant stand on it or touch it, its so hot.
On the hull sides, deck or flat surfaces, any dark color will water spot, Nature of the beast. You might get away with it with orange, but any other dark color would spot. You would never be able to walk sit or touch any of the flat surfaces from the heat of the sun. Even my sun pad with color on it gets real hot. Dark colors look great, but there are disadvantages. |
Cant go wrong with Orange, Yellow, and Purple...............

Im not an expert by any means on the stringer and support system of a boat, but I dont think it was a good idea to take out that center stringer and cut out the rear bulkhead. And redesign the layout.
I would assume having that center stringer where it was, and the complete side to side bulkhead at the engine compartment, was there for a reason- strength........ |
