The took a $40,000 deposit on a new 45 backed out of the deal and kept the money. The guy now has to get a Lawyer Fact

Yup, I can see a builder not wanting to sell their most expensive model. Thats good for business. A friend of mine was at the factory last weekend and said there are a ton of hulls already popped and waiting to be rigged.
