I can tell you it's priced way high but other than that, I got nothing for ya.

Seen it on craigslist as a private sale listed cheaper.

only thing it has going for it is Air conditioning and low hours. looks like it was well taken care of. id say its listed way too high.

Chances are, the agreement with the broker means it's not listed for sale privately at the same time. |
