I wonder if this means when you order a new 31ss with disc brakes on the trailer and they send you drum brakes that are locking up they will honor their purchase order instead of sonic blameing rocket trailer and rocket blameing sonic. All I know is rocket finally sent the disc set up and I am out 285.00 in labor that no one wants to do what is right and pay!!!!!! When my power inverter/charger never worked from day one i was given the phone number to xantrex and had to have them send me one after a week of trouble shooting and had it installed at my expense. I loved my 98 prowler and I am sure I will learn to love this one but that company has NO SUPPORT AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

has anyone Else had warranties issues that sonic hasn't covered a friend of mine has ordering a new 358. hopefully he wont have any problems.

I have 496 Ho's with 4 blade 26 bravo 1's runs around 77 I have received a ton of attention for the paint work and think a dealer in the Clear Lake area of texas with some attention to customer service could give Baja a needed competitor.

Sonic has always been great with me, and has always bent over backwards to be helpful. I feel like I am part of the family. I live way up here in Ohio, but know most of the front staff by name. I have a 2001 sonic that I bought used, and they have been more than happy to help me when I called or e-mailed with questions. I have had 0 problems with my boat or with sonic!!! I did have a problem with my rocket trailer. I toe my boat about 186 miles each weekend in the summer, so I give the trailer quite a test. About 3/4 the way through the summer the axels gave out, and burned up despite diligent maitenance. May have been a fluke but I was told by my custom trailer maker that the axels on my Rocket were not strong enough to carry my 31ss.... I don't really know enough about trailers and axels to know if it was true or not ( I don't even know if I am spelling axels right), may have just been bad carma:). but I do love my new loadmaster trailer with power disc brakes custom painted to match my boat!!! In my humble opinion sonic rules the wide open waters of Lake Erie!!!
