(6600lbs on trailer) showed up in Cols Ohio w/a rented 2 door Explorer and a bumper hitch to tow it to Miami to put it on a freighter to Panama! He was pissed when he couldn't find a 2 5/16" ball w/a 3/4" shank to fit the hole in the bumper :lolhit: Took one to a machine shop for them to turn down and they said "NO WAY".
Last I heard of or saw that boat.

Here's our 31 this weekend:p

Plum_Crazy 07-31-2013 10:35 PM

Time to revive this thread. The wife and I just spent 10 days in Michigan, towing about 1800 miles total with the new Loadmaster. We started with 3 days in Traverse City at the Elmwood Township Marina. On the first day, Lake Michigan was calm, so we ran 150 miles round trip up to Charlevoix, Bay Harbor, Petosky, and Harbor Springs. We also anchored at Power Island a couple of times. It's beautiful boating up there. I highly recommend it, if you get the chance. We also did a day trip out of Tawas on Lake Huron over to Caseville in the thumb. Finally, we attended the OPA races in St. Clair. Next up is LOTO!

Great pix's and sounds like a great trip. Glad y'all had a good time.
I used to be a Great Lakes boater and there's not much better boating than that.

Plum_Crazy 08-01-2013 09:47 AM

I think Traverse City is where I want to retire in the summers. Definitely not in the winter, though.

Webbsatwinni 08-07-2013 02:56 PM

He is our 31ss in the Donzi poker run last week, so glad I bought this boat!

Whatever they are it looks like you have paid them.
Anymore test results?

hanzcap 03-19-2015 11:58 AM

I believe the membership rules state you have to let Sydwayz and myself take your boat for a test ride. Yep, pretty sure that's in the rules!

Lowers are off the boat and at Wilson right now. The guys at the factory are finishing up some punch list things while it's apart. Grab handles, swim ladder, padding on the swim platform, etc. Testing should resume next week. I'll keep you posted.
