Lets see boat gets sold , boat gets delivered, salesperson gets paid. Right? Not!!! Fish Tails still has not been paid for a boat sold over 3 months ago. He did his job now they must do there end. thats where the problem comes in, they havn't !!! The erasing of his posts is BS. Its funny how the buyer/owner wants you to give him the best deal because he is a great guy and works hard for his money , but as soon a s the shoe is on the other foot, he runs the other way. You want to know what you all should have done , call Sonic and tell them what you are seeing and to take care of the guy who has been taking care of them. Your salesman goes to bat for you, now its your turn to step up to the plate and go to batfor them!!

FYI, that boat hasn't been paid for. I managed a Honda store for 6 years and I never once paid a salesman on undeliverd unfunded deals.

Why are you taking your frustrations with Sonic out on us. We did not put you in the predicament you are in nor can we help get you out. We are the customer not the disgruntled employee. Your issues are with Sonic and it's directors/owners. Take it up with them not us.

First things first- I've never seen a salesmen get commissions after they have left or been asked to leave a company. It may not be right, but its a fact of life.
Second- You want the guy who single handedly try to ruin a companies name and reputation to get some sort of sympathy from the owners of the product he said is $H!T????
Third- You want the company who is the subject of his rantings to suddenly pay him????

I agree with 43 Thunder's asessment.

I was a service manager at a high performance marina. Got boned on my commission 6 months running. I got another job and left. Thats life.

I'm just glad you don't have a - or ever worked at Formula. Obviously your goal is to spread sh*t about a boat that a lot of guys here own, enjoy and have a lot of their money into. Do you think this crap is going to help the value of their boats?

Chuck before you go thinking its your buddy A's boat , its not! I am refering to mmavericks boats that he has closed on! Thats the problem deals have been funded and the salesman not paid , sounds a bit different than your saying! By placing the information in here it will and has gotten back to Sonic. Talking to its directors/owners had gotten Fishtails and myself no where. As far as leaving , wouldnt you leave a company where it was always , "tommorow, tommorow , Tommorow" well today is tommorow! You have never seen me post any **** about how bad the boats are!!! These are great boats, and I still feel that way about them , just being managed in a poor way over the last year .Believe me changes are on the way and you will soon see big changes with the way things had been done, it takes a while to clean up a mess

Take them to COURT and leave us alone. If you have been in the boat industry for any period of time you know that a great MAJORITY of Custom builders have a CHECKERED PASS. I feel sorry for you if you had been screwed but like a BAD MARRIAGE once your out MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE!!!!!

Technically this is an employer/ employee issue ( not customer) but if your first post is acurate, then why did fishtales act like he did? If he was a stand up guy and asked for help he probably would have gotten some. The way he came into the forum and acted like an a$$ only caused him to lose all credibility.

I don't recall ever calling you out on critisizing the boats? If Sean is owed money than I think he should be paid, but slandering the company is no way to go about getting paid. If the company is run so poor why is it rumored that you two want to go back so bad? If that isn't the case than go to a labor board or attorney and move on.

Chuck , sorry that it came across that way . That was not directed at you. All I want to do is sell a great product , as we all agree on. Fish may not have gone about it as any of you would , but that doesnt make him wrong. Any way I have been talking with both Phil and Matt. Talking about what direction things are going in and what is the long term plan. I was at the factory on Wed afternoon, let me tell you , it is looking up. Production lines and building stages. All of the molds are full and there were a good number of employees buzzing around.Captwk, it looks like a different place than what you saw a few months ago. Keep in mind not one but two hurricanes made landfall no more than a few miles away from the factory . The roof is now complete as are the ends of the building :rolleyes:

isnt sonic in fl with the huricanes!!! didn't they just do a merge with dollar!! of course it is going to be hecktic schedules broke, getting back on track, recovering any losses from the hurrcanes, and getting started again. Like Too Old said not the customers obligation/ business with the employee compesations and how they are done.
