Crawfish Boil
 

I should have put this on here earlier, but my 5th annual Crawfish boil is this weekend, Saturday April 23. The weather doesnt look like its going to be nice for boating, so everyone should try to come by.

250 lbs of Crawfish with corn on the cob, potatoes, mushrooms, smoked sausage, with spices and plenty-o-beer will be on the menu. We have a huge jumpy for the kids, music, and a bon fire once it cools off. $10 per person, kids are free......

Come anyway....I have friends coming from North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Georgia. I have floor space for an air mattress available here at the house or there is a new hotel 4 miles away.... :drink:

We will start cooking about 3:30 or 4:00. The redneck hot tub is a scary thought since we will have a bon fire. I guess if John shows up with a bath tub in the back of his truck, its time to worry...

If I didn't already have plans I would probabably make the trip for some crawfish...enjoy :drink: that's good eatin :evilb:

Sorry Matt doesn't look like Kathy and I will make this one. We just got another contract at a new marina in Cadiz. Over 100 Yachts to be detailed and polished( Hey kennyo Looks like i'll need to split a little more than one of those tubs of finesse). Looks like i will be busy the rest of this summer(not to get in the way of our boating ventures of course)see all ya'll at Pick Wick......Evan
