picture sizing

Does anyone have a program to re-size pictures. When I try to post a picture, it tells me that the file is too big. I've heard that there are programs to re-size them. Can anyone help? :mad:

follow the below link. It is a Windows XP Applet (FREE) in which all you have to do is huighlight the photo file and right click and select the size. You can even do a whole set of pics. My wife shoots with a Canon 20D and the pics are usually 3MB. I like mine just a tad smaller for uploading,

You can Also go into Paint Open File Then under Image Go to Strech/Skew Adjust measurments till Acceptable
