Texas Outlaw Challenge
 

Anyone have info on the Texas Outlaw Challenge for 2009? Has enough debris been moved from Ike??? Thanks

It is on the calendar down here. Do a search for TOPPS Clear Lake and you should be able to find some info on it.

I saw the map of debris in the chronicle from the sonar and it looks like there is still a lot in the area where the race was going to be held last year. They said they hoped to have it cleaned up by summer. I would not think they could have the races in the same area until this is completed. I won't be taking my boat anywhere except the marked ship channels until the cleanup is completed.

Kenny w/ Gone Again said he received a flyer stating it's on .... Anyone know dates? He was driving and couldn't remember

We have it on our calender for April 16-18th. I got it from Chris.

Man there is a lot of stuff going on that weekend. Ski Dock is having their shootout at Lake Travis that weekend, and Texoma is supposedly having a poker run.

I was told sunday weather is gonna be worse today.

They're going to try to run the boats in Clear Lake. We are out of money and time so headed to the house. :evilb:

Come on Tom, a tornado, 5' tall wall of water, and logs the size of houses scared you back to Louisiana??????? We did have a good run Sunday. Finally got sunburned!!

The run yesterday was awesome. The sun came out around 11:00 and stayed out all day. The bay was nice and smooth and there wasn't much debris in the water except right in front of the yacht basin. Good times had by all. Thanks to the organizers.

I got my own boat out Sunday and shook it down for 09 a little more. Needed to run it to get ready for Tickfaw. And I got sunburned. :drink:
