The lake has a number of public boat ramps. Many of the ramps are located along the far south end of Dalrock road in Robertson Park near Bayview Marina and offer free launching and parking. There are 2 public ramps located on the south side of IH-30 off Dalrock Road and one ramp located North of IH-30 just off the westbound service road to IH-30 west of Dalrock road. Below is a link to MapQuest of the general area:
Elgin Robertson Park Area
Several private marinas also have ramps that charge fees to launch and offer parking. Chandler’s Landing Marina is one such Marina as identified below. It is located at the bottom of Henry Chandler Dr. in Rockwall.

Nomo,
Look forward to seeing you there. Lil Zeke is right, there are a couple of public ramps off of Dalrock road in the Robertson Park areas off of Dalrock and IH-30.
There's also a ramp at Chandler's Landing Marina on the East side of the lake.
Below is a link to the Ray Hubbard PBA Forum discussion on this. Feel free to email me directly for anything we can do to make your trip/accomodations easier. My email is [email protected]

Nomo,
Where you do live? I think I have seen you pulling your fountain in south Ft. Worth on 20. You ever go to Eagle Mountain? If you need a deck hand, I'll bring the beer for after the run. PM your number for a beer something.

The closest ramp to Bass Pro and Primo's is the public ramp located at Dalrock and IH 30 near Robertson Park.
It has no dock, so it's inconvenient if you need to load a bunch of people. In that case you can use the ramp at Chandlers or have your folks meet you at the docks at Bass Pro.
Hope that helps.
