My worry with a wrap is that when you tie up with you buddy the bumpers would scratch, and tear the wrap off? is this not the case?

that why i figured for race boats or people that only do poker runs its fine, but a normal boater would tear one up quick?

x2 however you do need to be VERY careful around docks because once you do ding it or scratch it you obviously can't just buff it out like gel coat.

I have a couple spots on my wrap with some flames on the front and when it got scratched the white from the original gel underneath really shows through.

I read on a thread if you tie up with bumpers that its best to have bumper covers over them so it will slide over the wrap rather than just rubber to wrap.
