Nola area boating today
 

I just found out I'll be hanging out in the Nola area until a meeting at 3pm tomorrow. I know it's a longshot, but if anyone is running their boats today and had a spare seat I'd like to jump onboard.

It a nice day out, and I'll I can do is think about having my boat on the water back in Houston!

I figured it would be a longshot but worth a try.

I wish I was boating today! Actually taking off work tomorrow to get the boat ready for the Amite 100 on Saturday. If all goes well I hope to take it off the trailer and put it on the lift tomorrow night.

Too bad its not next Friday. Lots of boats will be running the first day of the Tickfaw 200. I'm sure there would be plenty of rides then......

I know, It's just my luck that the meetings Friday instead of today! I'll probably just end up messing around in Nola tonight.

I'm in NOLA for a seminar, and I'd buy you a drink, but I ate too much at dinner, and all I can do is veg at the apt. Uuuggghhh. Lol
