Well I managed to pick up a 5000 sqft warehouse about 8 miles from Conroe. With an extra 2000sqft available, it's off the beaten path but totally worth it! If anyone needs a spot out the weather just let me know!

It's about a mile from 1486 and 105, and gary you had asked about trim pumps, only ones I have are the old ones out of the excalibur and not sure if they are any good(highly doubt they are) but once I get everything moved to the toy box, I'll put them on a battery and let a know.

Thats a great location for a storage warehouse for Conroe access! I grew up in the area and still keep the SCS up that way. Great location for a quick drive to Conroe
