Lake Lewisville Dam Issues

I've been to Lake Lewisville a couple of times, its a cool spot.

Thats worse than i thought it was . They did go from barely open to wfo on the floodgates in the last week though.
ill be out of the boat buisness if that dam lets go.

They have done a great job keep this under the rug, amazing how so many people have no clue there is even a issue with the Dam !!

And once again more neg news to all the area boaters and lake goers - like all of this years flooding and continuing plus the last 5 years of drought was not enough.

Freaking Canada for the past 6 years had a longer boating season than DFW boaters.

Dont worry the army corps of engineers wil fix it....


Does anybody, on any lake, have something good about the corps of engineers? Seems like every lake I have boated on there was always a major dispute between them and the lake residents in some form or another. The corps always seems to have an agenda that is different form human logic.

They got popped when the choppers flew over when one person saw the slide and the leak and all the people up there before they tarped it . Alot of drones flying over that area from the marina too.cant get away with that stuff these days
